Order Cancellation Policy

At beSOLiD, we understand that sometimes you may change your mind – and we’re here to make cancellations simple and hassle-free.


🕒 When Can You Cancel?

  • You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it is shipped, whichever happens first.
  • Once the order is shipped or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

📲 How to Cancel Your Order:

You can cancel your order quickly and easily via any of the following methods:

  1. WhatsApp Chatbot:
    Just send a message to our WhatsApp chatbot at +91-8955746691
    and select the “Cancel Order” option.
  2. Email Us:
    Drop an email at support@besolid.in with your Order ID and reason for cancellation.

We will confirm your cancellation once it's processed.


💳 Refunds for Cancelled Orders:

  • For prepaid orders, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no refund is applicable since no payment was collected in advance.

⚠️ Important Notes:

  • Orders that have already been shipped or dispatched are not eligible for cancellation.
  • If repeated cancellations are noticed from the same account, we may restrict future COD orders.
  • beSOLiD reserves the right to deny cancellation requests under certain circumstances (e.g. limited edition pieces or ongoing logistics processing).
