We want you to love what you wear from beSOLiD! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help with an easy exchange and return process.
To qualify for an exchange or return, please ensure:
The product is in unused, unworn, unwashed condition
The Loop Tag, Bag, and Seal Tag are intact and unbroken
The request is raised within 7 days of delivery
📹 Unboxing/packet opening video is mandatory for any wrong item, missing item, or short delivery claim
First exchange is absolutely FREE (we’ll take care of the logistics!)
Exchange is allowed only once per order
Once an exchange is processed, the item is no longer eligible for return
Need a second exchange? No problem – it’s possible with a ₹200 logistics charge
Returns are accepted only once per order, and only before any exchange is made
We offer store credit/refund to your source account, as applicable
Items with damaged packaging, removed tags, or signs of use are not eligible
Unboxing video is compulsory to support claims for wrong product or missing item

Submit your Order ID and registered mobile/email
Select the item for exchange or return and follow the instructions
If you've purchased multiple items under a combo and choose to return part of the combo, the refund will be calculated based on individual item pricing, not the combo offer price.
Example:
You purchase 2 cotton trousers at a combo price of ₹1199, where one trouser is priced at ₹699.
If you return one, you'll be refunded ₹500 (i.e., ₹1199 – ₹699).
This policy applies across all product categories with combo or bundled pricing.
Products from Sale/Offer Zones are not eligible for return or exchange
For hygiene reasons, innerwear & accessories are not returnable
If the pickup attempt fails due to customer unavailability, a second attempt may be chargeable
Unboxing video must clearly show the product being opened for any claim of wrong/missing item
