Return and Exchange Policy
🔄 Exchange & Return Policy – beSOLiD.in
We want you to love what you wear from beSOLiD! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help with an easy exchange and return process.
✅ Eligibility for Exchange/Return:
To qualify for an exchange or return, please ensure:
- The product is in unused, unworn, unwashed condition
- The Loop Tag, Bag, and Seal Tag are intact and unbroken
- The request is raised within 7 days of delivery
🔁 Exchange Policy:
- First exchange is absolutely FREE (we’ll take care of the logistics!)
- Exchange is allowed only once per order
- Once an exchange is processed, the item is no longer eligible for return
- Need a second exchange? No problem – it’s possible with a logistics charge
🚫 Return Policy:
- Returns are accepted only once per order, and only before any exchange is made
- We offer upi refund / store credit to your account, as applicable
- Items with damaged packaging, removed tags, or signs of use are not eligible
📦 How to Raise an Exchange/Return Request:
- Visit our Returns Portal
- Submit your Order ID and registered mobile/email
- Select the item for exchange or return and follow the instructions
📦 Combo Product Return T&C:
If you've purchased multiple items under a combo and choose to return part of the combo, the refund will be calculated based on individual item pricing, not the combo offer price.
Example:
You purchase 2 cotton trousers at a combo price of ₹1199, where one trouser is priced at ₹699. If you return one, you'll be refunded ₹500 (i.e., ₹1199 – ₹699).
This policy applies across all product categories with combo or bundled pricing.
⚠️ Important Notes:
- Products from Sale/Offer Zones are not eligible for return or exchange
- For hygiene reasons, innerwear & accessories are not returnable
- If the pickup attempt fails due to customer unavailability, a second attempt may be charged
