At beSOLiD, we’re committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently across India. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:
📍 Delivery Locations:
We ship to all serviceable pin codes in India through our trusted courier partners.
Currently, international shipping is not available.
⏱️ Order Processing Time:
- Orders are usually processed within 24–48 working hours
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day
🚚 Delivery Time:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 4–7 business days
- Remote or Non-Serviceable Areas: 7–10 business days
(Delivery timelines may vary slightly during high-demand periods or due to courier delays.)
💸 Shipping Charges:
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹599
- A nominal shipping fee of ₹79 is applicable on orders below ₹599
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional ₹50 COD charge will be applied (Waived off as of now)
🔁 In Case of Delivery Delays:

📦 Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an WhtasApp / SMS with a tracking link. You can also track your order anytime via your beSOLiD account.
⚠️ Important Notes:
- Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are entered correctly at checkout
- Orders once shipped cannot be redirected to a different address
- In case of non-delivery due to incorrect information or customer unavailability, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping will be chargeable
