At beSOLiD, we’re committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently across India. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:

📍 Delivery Locations:

  • We ship to all serviceable pin codes in India through our trusted courier partners.

  • Currently, international shipping is not available.

⏱️ Order Processing Time:

  • Orders are usually processed within 24–48 working hours.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.

🚚 Delivery Time:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 4–7 business days

  • Remote or Non-Serviceable Areas: 7–10 business days
    (Delivery timelines may vary slightly during high-demand periods or due to courier delays.)

💸 Shipping Charges:

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹599

  • A nominal shipping fee of ₹79 is applicable on orders below ₹599

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional ₹50 COD charge will be applied (currently waived off)

🔁 In Case of Delivery Delays:

If your order is delayed beyond the promised timeframe, feel free to contact us at support@besolid.in or WhatsApp us at +91-9001784700. We’ll make sure you’re updated every step of the way!

📦 Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a WhatsApp/SMS with a tracking link.
You can also track your order anytime via your beSOLiD account.

⚠️ Important Notes:

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are entered correctly at checkout.

  • Orders once shipped cannot be redirected to a different address.

  • In case of non-delivery due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping will be chargeable.

  • 📹 Unboxing/packet opening video is mandatory for raising any wrong item, missing item, or short delivery claim. Claims without a proper video proof may not be accepted.
